  This is a picture of two roof's one on top of the other, the problem is someone installed a new wood roof deck over the old wood decking and shingles,and on the new roof they did not use any felt and the wrong size nails,and no decking clips, and the new wood deck is buckling because it can't ventilate properly, and without felt it has no vapor barrier

Improperly installed stove pipe, some guy's think tar will solve anything, $300.00 dollars worth of pipe, flashings and installation, this thing looks like it was installed by good old boys incorporated,wam bam thank you mam, a bucks worth of tar, $1500.00 worth of water damage.
